Team Opportunities at neos·life
There will be many opportunities to become involved with Neos Center and the Village as the vision gradually unfolds over the next years.
We are slowly building an aligned team of people either living at Neos, nearby in the area of Montemor-o-Novo, or remotely.
Currently there is capacity for 3 team members to live in the team house. These positions are reserved for people who are part of the core daily operations. Note, it is essential to embrace the Portuguese language for long term involvement.
Volunteers can stay for varied periods in our beautiful retreat rooms in exchange for helping out with tasks around the property.

Who we are looking for
Besides expertise, we are looking for team members that we will love spending time with and co-creating with!
At this core founding stage, it is essential to create a coherent field of energy through alignment with the Neos culture and values. See the 5 New Earth Ways, which defines this essence, and the Community Attunement, designed for residential Village Members applying to live here.
Building this project requires a lot of work and dedication. We are building a team of people who are experienced, heart-intelligent, emotionally stable and mature, self-leading, and who are harmonious and subtle in their energetics (rather than dominating personalities).

You are single or your partner can also be a team member (accommodation space is limited to a 3 bedroom house).
We receive a lot of enquiries from people who are drawn to the project from their own need to receive healing rather than to give the project the support it needs. Currently we need empowered dream builders who are equipped to handle challenge and potential stress, resolve problems, think strategically, and support the overall mission.
If this is you, email us on connect@neos.life, with details of your experience and expertise, as well as a CV and social media or website link. If you do not send a CV and social media link then you may not get a response.
Thank you!
